Below is a photo of Richard Cooper, WVSS President, and his wife, Barbara.  Richard is wearing a tie and tam with the Ancient Cooper Tartan, and Barbara is wearing a sash with the Modern Cooper Tartan. 

Richard is also the Lakes States Regional Convener for the Clan MacDuff Society of America, and a member of the Heraldry Society of Scotland.  Barbara is the Indiana State Convener for Clan MacDuff.
