                 Note:  Membership fees are $20 per applicant per year.
 
While waiting for your application to be processed, you are invited to attend the WVSS monthly meetings held every Saturday morning at 10am in the Vigo County Public Library, 1 Library Sq, Terre Haute, Indiana.   If you decide to join the WVSS, your dues will be collected at that meeting.  Please have your $20.00 check made payable to the Wabash Valley Scottish Society. 

Please print this form, complete it, and then mail it to the Wabash Valley Scottish Society address listed at the top of this form.  Once this form has been received and your dues paid, we will share this information with our membership and post your name in the WVSS Directory.
